Movement screening, strength profiling, and a detailed conversation about your training history, race schedule, and performance goals. We need to understand where you are before we can plan where you're going.

Program Design — Built for Your Event

A strength and conditioning program periodised around your race calendar. Pre-season capacity building, in-season maintenance, and peak-week tapering — all specific to your discipline and target event.

Execution — Coached and Monitored

Regular sessions with Dave or our team, ongoing load monitoring, and program adjustments based on how your body responds to training. Not a plan handed to you and forgotten — an ongoing coaching relationship.

TriApex Integration — Coaching Pathway

If you need sport-specific coaching beyond the S&C program — swim, bike, run, or triathlon — Dave's TriApex Coaching practice provides 1-on-1 endurance coaching online and in-person. The two programs are designed to work together.
